The scientific committee will select the best conference contributions and invite authors to extend their abstracts in the format of a full article for the Journal: Nano-structures & Nano-Objects (Elsevier, Citescore=11.9). A VSI: Advanced materials for environment, energy and bioresource applications has been created for this purpose.

Special issue information:
Researches are progressively conducted on finding new materials that not only provide better performance than the conventional materials, but also take part in environmental and energy aspects. Numerous advanced materials have been introduced with inherent and advantageous properties while not harmful to the environment. In this special issue, we focused on newly introduced green materials intended for a few key applications such as pollution control, solid waste recovery, clean energy, biomass, biopolymers, and bioprocesses.
